Beach Safety Tips

The Beach house has a very large main floor with a huge gourmet kitchen equipped with anything you might need to prepare meals for any size group. It has a big screen TV with digital cable, DVD and VCR.

The Beach House is specifically designed for ocean viewing from most of the entire house. It also has three levels of outdoor verandas with a BBQ on the main floor veranda. The year-round temperature is between 65 to 80 during the day.

Whales and dolphins are often spotted off the coast and at night sea lions often visit the beach at the bottom of the private steps. The sounds of the waves breaking on the rocks and the beach are perfect for a rest producing break from a fast paced life.
